We are looking for some ideas on how to mill serrations in aluminum plate on a vertical CNC. The plate is 2.50" X 2.50" and the serrations are 32 pitch. We have looked at indexable inserted tool holders, but have not been able to find one with a shank that would acomodate the 2.50".

Pivot the plate to expose the T-Slots on the right side of the table. Pivoting is easy with the oil slick of rust preventative! Install 3 T-Slot Nuts, one in each slot. Position the top and bottom at the right end of the T-Slot. Slide the middle one as close to center as you can reach. Pivot the other way to expose the T-Slots on the left side.
