Material - practicalmachinist

Good afternoon, I have material that I've not worked with yet and am looking for input. The material is Niobium and Tantalum. After doing some research I found that there are some health effects caused by these materials. Should I be concerned? Also, how do these materials machine? Any comments, advice, input, or questions are wanted.
