The difference between a sphere and a parabola is so slight I doubt it is within the tolerances of your cnc router. I'd go for a sphere, as james7ca says then generate a convex tool and grind the two together to remove the tooling marks and take the pair through fine grinding. Then the convex tool will become the base for your polishing lap.
